Western Catskills is applying for First Time Home buyer assistance funding that, if awarded, will be available starting in 2021. This program provides assistance to first time buyers of 1-4 family, owner occupied homes in our service area.
This funding can assist with down payments, closing costs, and minor rehabilitation of the purchased home.
No repayment is required as long as the family maintains the property as their primary residence and agrees to participate in simple yearly inspections and verification’s that homeowner’s housing expenses such as mortgage, taxes, utilities and home owners insurance are up to date.

Minimum qualifications: Under graduate degree with 2 years organizational management or 3 years programmatic management experience.
Salary: Mid $50s depending on experience.
