Technical Assistance

Western Catskills provides technical assistance to community groups, municipalities, businesses, homebuyers, homeowner renters, and others on a vast array of housing related issues. This program covers assistance for mortgages, loans and grants with New York State Rural Development and other banks and lending institutions. We have been able to assist individuals and families with refinance to realize a better rate and term and in some instances have been able to help to mitigate a foreclosure.
