An exercise room and library located on the second floor. For your convenience, a coin operated laundry facility in located on the premises. · Individual mail boxes on site for mail delivery and pick-up, the building has an elevator which runs from the second floor to the basement level where there is additional storage bins for each apartment. · All exterior doors are locked to provide security. An emergency pull cord system is monitored 24 hours and is located in each bedroom and bathroom. · There are one or two bedrooms apartments which include a living room, kitchen with stove, refrigerator and a dining area, there is a large walk in pantry off of the kitchen area for added storage, large bathroom with tub-shower with safety grab bars, window blinds, and ample closet space.
