Stamford Village Apartments

Provides safe affordable housing to senior citizens 62 years of age or older with incomes at or below 80% of Delaware County median income.

Apartments are in a beautiful brick building located in the middle of the village close to the grocery store and convenient to the post office, bank, churches, and restaurants.

There is a full porch facing main street with comfortable rocking chairs, ample parking in the lot located at the rear of the building and a community room on the first floor. An exercise room and library located on the second floor. A coin operated laundry facility is located on the premises.

The building has an elevator which runs from the second floor to the basement level where there is additional storage bins for each apartment.

All exterior doors are locked to provide security. An emergency pull cord system is monitored 24 hours and is located in each bedroom and bathroom.

There are one or two bedrooms apartments which include living rooms, kitchens and a dining areas. Each apartment has a large walk-in pantry for added storage, a large bathroom with tub-showers with safety grab bars, and ample closet space.
